Dr. Danielle Geerling, Assistant Professor of Psychology
Dr. Geerling is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at St. Norbert College. She earned her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Utah in May 2020 and her Bachelors in Psychology from Marquette University in 2014. In addition to working with students in the Mot-Div Lab, Dr. Geerling teaches courses in social psychology, motivation, and research methods. Fun fact: Dr. G loves reality television and movie musicals!
Clarissa Cuadrado, Research Assistant
Clarissa is a senior at St. Norbert College who is majoring in Psychology, with a Biology minor. She hopes to attend a doctorate program for Occupational Therapy after graduating. Fun Fact: Clarissa’s dream is to move to Boston one day!
McKenzie Danielson, Research Assistant
McKenzie is a senior Psychology and Biology major who hopes to pursue her Masters and PhD in Psychology, becoming a professor and researcher at a university someday. Fun Fact: Kenzie likes musicals and golfing in her free time!
Macey Goodrich, Research Assistant
Macey is a senior at St. Norbert College who is double-majoring in Psychology and Sociology. She hopes to earn her Ph.D. in Social or Clinical Psychology after completing her Bachelors in Psychology from SNC. Fun Fact: Macey has a passion for oil painting and collecting film cameras.
Ellee Grunwald, Research Assistant
Ellee is a senior Psychology major, with a Biology minor, from Medford, Wisconsin. She hopes to be a Physical Therapist after graduating. Fun Fact: Ellee competes on the women’s cross country and track and field teams at St. Norbert College.
Alexia Hinton, Research Assistant
Lexi is a junior Psychology major with a minor in Business Administration and a Spanish certificate. She plans to attend graduate school and receive her Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology with hopes to become a professor and also work in a clinic. Fun Fact: Lexi was born with a hole in her heart.

Katie Miller, Research Assistant
Katie is a senior at St. Norbert College, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. In Fall 2025, she plans on attending a PhD program with a focus in Social Psychology. As a future social psychologist, she is deeply passionate about studying relationships, emotional, and social processes as well as behavior through observation and research. A fun fact about Katie is that she’s been dancing competitively for 15 years.
Naomi Nitka, Research Assistant
Naomi is a Junior Psychology major and a Sociology minor. She wants to be a criminal psychologist and educate others on the role that mental illness plays in committing crimes. Fun Fact: Naomi love coffee!
